Fiducial Business Centers, Inc. Names Lynn Giffi of Hampstead Maryland Employee of the Year

Nov. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- During the annual Fiducial Employee Recognition Luncheon in Columbia Maryland, Lynn Giffi of the Hampstead Branch of Fiducial Business Centers Inc. was named Fiducial's Employee of the Year 2011.  Fiducial has 6,000 employees worldwide, with approximately 400 in its United States operation in locations throughout the U.S.  Fiducial is a small business solutions providers of financial reporting, business counseling, payroll services; and, business and individual tax preparation.

The Hampstead branch serves more than 1,200 clients annually, and is located at 4500 Black Rock Road.  Ms. Giffi has been working in the tax services business for fourteen years, and for Fiducal for the last four years.  She has made a very positive impression with clients and throughout the Fiducial organization.    

Ms. Giffi was recognized for her instrumental role in the Hampstead operation; saying, her title of receptionist does not adequately describe all of the functions she has taken on in the Hampstead office.  Ms. Giffi makes it her goal to know each client personally, and many clients return to Fiducial's Hampstead office solely because of her special attention to their needs.  

Lynn makes it her goal to know each client personally and many clients return to the Hampstead office each year solely because of the personal attention they receive.  She genuinely cares about each of her clients and their needs.  She met any challenges during recent past busy tax season with a positive and jovial attitude.   In particular, in July 2011, Lynn experienced the sudden, tragic loss of her branch manager to a fatal automobile accident .  Lynn met the challenge with grace, strength  and dedication to her clients.
