Employer Benefits Summit LIVE Thursday 3rd November, Lancashire County Cricket Ground, Manchester

Corporate Futures has brought together a range of experts to speak on some fundamental questions that most employers face every day but can’t always get answers to.

Oct. 27, 2011 - PRLog -- The Summit has been designed to bring together a range of exhibiters and presenters that can provide real insight and tangible benefits to the business owners who attend. “We have brought together lawyers, accountants, investment experts and procurement specialists,  providing a unique opportunity for employers to identify ways to save money and comply with upcoming legislation”, says Garry Williams, Managing Partner of Corporate Futures. “Employers face many issues and it is not very often they get an opportunity to have them addressed at an event such as this”.
The whole premise of the Summit is to share information and knowledge: Learn, Benefit and Grow. For instance, ‘What are my obligations under the new Pension Reform Legislation?’ Or ‘How can I get my tax relief back on R&D?’ There will be an opportunity for free advice from the guest presenters and from Corporate Futures.
“We regard it as an amazing opportunity to pick up some great ideas”, says Garry. “Most business owners are struggling to maintain profitability and yet have to grapple with new layers of legislation. For instance, the forthcoming workplace Pension Reform Legislation (called Auto Enrolment) comes into force in 2012. We will have pension experts on hand to answer any questions on this, and similar issues”.
Tax is another issue the Summit is addressing. “Sometimes we are amazed at how much tax some people are paying”, says Garry. “We are looking forward to helping visitors identify substantial tax relief opportunities on their capital investments and R&D. We have also invited offshore investment experts to come and provide advice on tax efficient investments in the Isle of Man and Guernsey.”
The Summit starts at 9:00 at the Lancashire County Cricket Ground, with tea, coffee and croissants. The day will start in the main hall at 9:30. More details can be found at www.summitlive.eu.  Refreshments will be available all day.
