Lennar and Pulte Selected As Premier Homebuilders For New Cameratta Companies Project In Estero

Oct. 26, 2011 - PRLog -- Lennar and Pulte, two of the nation’s leading homebuilders, have been selected as the premier homebuilders for a brand new community in Estero, Florida.

Construction has already begun on The Preserve at Corkscrew with Phase 1 of 157 homesites scheduled for early 2012 completion. Lennar and Pulte are planning to have new furnished model homes constructed and fully staffed for sales this season.

This new 510-acre gated residential community is located on Corkscrew Road approximately 2 miles east of Interstate 75 in Estero. The community is designed as a quaint residential neighborhood consisting of 441 single-family homesites, including several estate home options. The Preserve at Corkscrew will provide an array of sidewalks throughout the community and an abundance of nature preserves.
