Latest figures, as reported by The Sun, show that nearly 50% of Britain’s population are classed as overweight, with a further 17% of males and 21% of females classed as obese. Approximately, 1 in 11 deaths in the UK are attributed to obesity – this is the highest of all countries in Europe and more than double France’s figures.
In addition to this, 34 percent of Americans over the age 20 are obese, and 67% are overweight.
