The Conference was attended by home-based agents across the United States and the US Virgin Islands. Agents participated in various educational programs which gave them an understanding of the various quality inclusions Sandals Resorts has to offer. The program included the Certified Sandals Specialist Workshop and comprehensive resort tours. The resort tours allowed the participants to experience firsthand several of the Sandals and Beaches resorts throughout Jamaica.
