Showcasing fresh, vibrant, craveable flavors, the popular taco and burrito feature tender, wild-caught Langostino Lobster seasoned and grilled-to-order, with fresh guacamole, hand-made salsa fresca and Rubio’s signature creamy chipotle picante sauce. The burrito also includes rice and “no fried” pinto beanssm, while the taco is finished with red and green cabbage and a cilantro-onion blend.

“A crowd favorite for more than 10 years, we are excited Langostino Lobster is returning to our menu,” said Ralph Rubio, founder of Rubio’s. “The memorable flavors of Rubio’s seasonal Langostino Lobster Tacos and Burritos reflect our commitment to providing intriguing, authentic seafood options at affordable prices. Our Food is our hero and the Langostino Lobster dishes are another way we invite our guests to treat themselves throughout the holiday season.”

Starting today through the end of December, guests are invited to try the Langostino Lobster Taco and Burrito and enjoy Rubio’s signature flavors at any one of the 200 locations.

Rubio’s dedication to creating authentic coastal cuisine centered on hand-crafted recipes, attention to flavor and only using fresh, quality ingredients began when Ralph Rubio introduced the fish taco to the United States in 1983 at the first Rubio’s in San Diego. Since then, Rubio’s menu has grown to include a multitude of seafood offerings.
