50 Park Place and Former NJN Studio

foot television studio is available at the Robert Treat Center, 50 Park Place, Newark, N.J., announced The Berger Organization, owner of the 15-story, 100,000-square-
foot class B office building. The studio was the home of the New Jersey Network for 20 years, prior to NJN's operations being outsourced by the State of New Jersey.
Located next to the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, 50 Park Place is just three blocks from Newark Penn Station, with 14-minute access to Manhattan. The site also has close proximity to other amenities in downtown Newark.

In addition to 50 Park Place, The Berger Organization's Newark portfolio includes the adjacent 60 Park Place, the 176-room Best Western Robert Treat Hotel, and the landmark office buildings at 10 Park Place and 570 Broad Street. Additionally, the Griffith and Hahne buildings at 605 and 609 Broad Street are both slated for mixed-use redevelopment.
