Earl M. Furfine, the former President and CEO of Cardinal Technologies, Inc., has joined the Board of Advisors of INADEV Corporation - http://www.inadev.com – a mobile application development company for the government and commercial sectors.
Mr. Furfine has over 27 years of information technology delivery experience. He has been a founder or partner in seven technology start-ups, the latest of which, Cardinal Technologies, Inc. was acquired by SM&A, Inc. in December, 2010. Cardinal Technologies, Inc. was awarded the 2009 SBA Subcontractor of the Year (Region III) for their exemplary work on the 2010 U.S. Census.

Mr. Furfine has provided a variety of consulting, software development and other IT Services to his many clients as well as continues to serve, as a mentor for many business ventures and start-up ideas. Mr. Furfine has consulted at Sabre, LSG Sky Chefs, Marriott Corporation, Air Transport Association, Key Bank, Carlson Restaurants Worldwide, and Termnet Merchant Services as well as many government agencies including U.S. Customs and Boarder Protection, the Transportation Security Administration and the U.S. Census Bureau.
Mr. Furfine holds a Masters of Management from the Northwestern University, J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and a Bachelors of Science in Accountancy with Computer Science Concentration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He also holds a CPA Certificate in the State of Illinois, is a Program Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Technology Professional (CITP). He speaks on a variety of leadership and innovative technology topics annually.
