Oct. 25, 2011 - PRLog -- SAN ANTONIO, TX  — Liquid Networx, a San Antonio-based leader of telecom-based lifecycle management solutions, and InnerCity FiberNet, a Dallas-based Competitive Access Provider (CAP) have entered a couple of strategic agreements in order to provide their customers with a stronger, more robust communications solution set.

InnerCity FiberNet (ICFN) will outsource a number of functions to Liquid Networx. Under the agreement Liquid Networx will provide marketing, design, support and general business services to ICFN and their customers. This agreement will allow ICFN to focus on the build out of their fiber network and the acceleration of delivering new products to their customers.

“Utilizing the sales professionals and technical talent at Liquid Networx to supplement ICFN’s existing core offering helps us to leverage these additional resources to provide a broader variety of solutions to our customers,” said Greg Stilwell, Managing Member at InnerCity FiberNet.

A veteran in the carrier space for years, Liquid Networx has an extensive list of customers and partners that utilize their services. But through the ICFN agreement, the company is offering one of the most extensive scopes of services it has ever bundled into a single agreement.

“With this agreement, ICFN has access to not only our pro-service resources but also a wide range of general business and process-based specialists to include individuals skilled in Six Sigma. We are excited to be part of ICFN’s growth goals and look forward to helping them reach their objectives,” said Don Douglas, President and CEO at Liquid Networx.

Both parties are excited about this opportunity to work further together.
