Evolve Mentoring gives start-ups and growing SMEs access to a dedicated mentor and forum of business experts for six months with mentoring provided face to face or remotely as preferred by the business owner. As well as having a mentor to challenge, encourage and motivate, the business owners also get access to a range of contacts that will prove invaluable as they grow their business. To help small businesses promote a professional business image without the headache of property leasing or the daily commute, NBV has also expanded its Virtual Office Service, with offices across the area. With prices from between £18 and £55 per month plus a small set up fee, the virtual offices provide a mail address, mail forwarding, telephone answering and other support services. From November, NBV will also be offering workshops priced at £25 across the area that will focus on 3 key areas: • Things you need to know when running a business • Managing money • Sales and marketing NBV CEO, Richard Dearden says: “We are receiving many calls and questions from business owners as they are concerned over the changes to business support.
