The Michelin-star restaurant, which bears the name of its executive chef Simon Radley, is the only restaurant in the North West to make it into the top 25 nationwide.
The Sunday Times Food List is published in partnership with Harden’s Restaurant Guide and Remy Martin and is based on the quality of food.
The top 100 UK restaurants have been chosen by more than 8,000 diners who have shared their experiences on the Harden’s website.
For the next five weeks diners will be able to sample the cuisine that has earned ‘Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor’ its many accolades with ‘Simon’s Signature Menu’.
Every Tuesday to Thursday until the end of November three courses from ‘Simon’s Signature Menu’ is available for just £50 per person.
Simon said: “Making it into the Sunday Times Food List 2011 is a wonderful accolade especially as it comes from the customers who enjoy our fine dining year-round in the restaurant.
“I hope this award will help introduce ‘Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor’ to a new audience and my ‘Signature Menu’ is a great opportunity for me to welcome customers who’ve never dined with us before for a surprisingly affordable £50.”
‘Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor’, which serves French cuisine with a modern flavour, is open Tuesday to Sunday.
It has retained its Michelin star since 1990 and is only one of four restaurants in the UK to have been awarded one or more Michelin stars consecutively for the past 21 years.
In addition, it is one of only a small number of restaurants in the UK to be awarded 4 AA Rosettes.
An a la carte menu is available for £69 per person with an eight course tasting menu available for £90 per person.

The Sunday Times will publish the top 100 restaurants in the UK in full this Sunday.
Its editor Karen Robinson said: “You have to be spectacularly good to make it into the Sunday Times Food List.”
