Mohan Rajamani, joined as a Partner and heads up the team in Chennai. He has overall 20 years of experience in corporate sales, franchising, general management and has demonstrated expertise in setting up green field operations and managing large teams. He has worked across diverse sectors – capital goods, power electronics, Internet and HR Services and has served in key leadership positions with Ma Foi, Numeric, Wipro and Electronica.
Prior to joining TRANSEARCH he was with Ma Foi as General Manager and was instrumental in building the Energy & Infrastructure Vertical for Ma Foi India. He has successfully built delivery models around migration of Indian engineering talent to UK, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia and Middle East in the Oil & Gas space and has managed MOU partnership focused on hiring of expats at senior levels for the construction and the engineering space.
