Rekha Murthy is an engineer and an alumnus of the prestigious Harvard Business School. Rekha is an accomplished senior executive with nearly 22 years of global experience. Her professional experience spans a successful and rewarding career in operations, P&L oversight, sales, business development, marketing, global alliances and channels management. Rekha has worked in some of the worlds’ leading technology businesses including Digital, SAP & PeopleSoft in senior leadership roles in India, Singapore & USA Most recently she built and led corporate learning operations for Harvard Business School Publishing in India as Director Corporate Leaning.
Hans Roberto Frenster began his professional career in the HR area at General Motors do Brasil and, subsequently, was designated Human Resources director at ABB Brasil. He then went on to head companies operating in both Brazil and on the international market. He was President/CEO of Votorantim Internacional in Brasil and of its subsidiaries in Holland, Italy, the United States, Singapore and Curaçao; he was President/CEO of Samica/ABB Brasil; in the United States he was President/CEO of Von Roll Isola Americas and Asia, and board member - Switzerland. After his return from the United States, he took part in the development of business at sugar and alcohol mills, at other agribusiness, oil and gas, energy and energy efficiency companies. His experience from firms within the automotive, electrical and electronic, energy, industrial equipment, pulp and paper, chemical, metals, agribusiness, materials and other industries enables him to provide services to national and international companies. A Business Administration graduate from the Catholic University of Sao Paulo, with an Industrial Administration degree from the General Motors Institute, at Flint, MI, Hans has taken courses in Finance and Management at Insead, in Lausanne, Switzerland, at Stanford, Palo Alto, CA, and at the NYU, in New York, among others.
Satoshi Furusawa is a senior consultant in the Tokyo office. Prior to joining TRANSEARCH, he was with another retained executive search firm in Japan. During his previous career of more than 25 years, Satoshi was with a renowned firm within the automotive industry where he developed new business channels and contributed significantly to the company as Sales and Marketing Manager. He also held positions within sales planning and CSR. Based on his expertise, Satoshi specialises in the Automotive, Mechanical, Food and retail industries. He holds a BA in economics from Aoyama Gakuin University and speaks English.
