SNooZA solves extra guest bed problem

When I first saw it, I thought “nice modern lines, love the fabric, hmm must be an ottoman”. On closer inspection I discovered that the outer cover zips off to reveal a mattress inside. This multifunctional little space saver has personality! You'd be hard pressed to find a spare mattress that takes up less space than this one and it has the added benefit of being useful as an everyday piece of furniture. The person  behind SNooZA is Sally Audagnotti and she told me how this product came to be. “I came across a similar product which was manufactured in England about 3 years ago. It wasn’t an ottoman but rather a folded mattress inside a dust cover which was removeable. The minute I saw it I saw the possibilities and began work immediately fine tuning my vision of a multifunctional product. I first involved a friend who later left the business.  'Everyone has had such a great reaction to SNooZA which makes it the easiest product to market.” Sally has a background in Graphic Design. This is not her first success. She started a multimedia company in 1996 which she went on to sell in 2001. After a brief  change of lifestyle with her husband on a farm in the KZN midlands, she had a little girl, but this couldn’t keep her entrepreneurial spirit down. “When I thought of the potential of this product I couldn't keep still! At first I though of SNooZA for the home market: kids sleepovers, extra guests, impromptu visitors. When a five star hotel placed a bulk order with me I realised that it was also a great solution for hotels, guest houses and holiday homes. We have customers all over South Africa and abroad.”

As an ottoman, SNooZA complements a lounge or seating area or bedroom, and as a bed, it is extremely comfortable. This is due to the high-quality polyurethane foam used  which ensures it is firm enough for sitting yet soft enough for sleeping. The transformation takes seconds, the outer cover zips off and the mattress folds out. SNooZA also offer fitted sheets,  mattress protectors on request, and should you wish to change the look of your SNooZA , separate outer covers are also available. You can of course put two SNooZA's together and make a bed for two.
