Cravatex, which also import sportswear along with its distribution channel of fitness equipments for home and commercial use, required a solution which would handle mix inventory of fitness equipment and apparel. They wanted a retail ERP package which could streamline its operation across 64 stores and warehouses. To address these business requirements, Cravatex chose Sage ACCPAC ERP and roped in Greytrix as their system integrator to assimilate a link between Tally’s Shoper 9 and Sage ACCPAC ERP.
Efficient inventory management allows Cravatex to maintain economic quantities at retail outlets as well as distribution centre, reducing inventory carrying cost and stock out situations. With adoption of technologies like bar coding at distribution centres, Cravatex is equipped for automated procurement monitoring and deliveries. An end to end solution comprising of Sage ACCPAC ERP integrated Tally Shoper 9 and Greytrix Add-on modules such as Greytrix TDS, GreyMatrix and Greytrix Indian Pack (inclusive of Vouchers, Ledgers and Registers) has improved the inventory management for Cravatex substantially at 10,000 SKUs spread across 50 geographic locations.
