Joining Danny Arroyo is a star cast composed of  Shorty Rossi (The Grinch, Animal Planet’s Pit Boss), Hercules (as himself), Mackenzie Phillips (American Graffiti) Mark McClure (Back to the Future, Apollo 13) Kathy Garver (Dennis the Menace) and Richard Van Vleet (All My Children).  The movie was directed by Edward Hightower.

"Hercules Saves Christmas" was a very memorable experience. We shot on location near San Francisco.  I was surrounded by good and evil North Pole elves and Santa’s very own friendly magical pit bull that was invisible to everyone. I worked hard with my acting coach in trying to properly develop my character who has a huge character arc in the film as he changes from a scrooge type person to one that develops heart and a passion for the holiday by films end.”

Danny Arroyo has shared the big screen with Hollywood luminaries such as Mel Gibson, Salma Hayek, Burt Reynolds, Maria Conchita Alonso, Danny Glover, and Eric Roberts. He had outstanding roles in Lethal Weapon 4, The Velocity of Gary, White Rush, Richard III, and Hotel California. Other feature films include Into the Night, Spring Breakdown (Amy Poehler and Parker Posey), Groupie (Eric Roberts), Kill Katie Malone (Dean Cain) and Repo Chick, produced by award winning director David Lynch.

In primetime Arroyo has guest starred in numerous hit shows such as ER, 24, Without a Trace, My Own Worst Enemy, V.I.P. Resurrection Blvd., Saints & Sinners and General Hospital. Movies made for television include the TNT’s Hard Time (Burt Reynolds) the Sci-fi film Death Row (Stacy Keach) and Spike TV’s Street Warrior (Max Martini.)
