Ruby Tequila’s was well-represented at the Best of Amarillo 2011 celebration, held on Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2011, at the Amarillo Civic Center’s Heritage Room. The restaurant served samples of its made-from-scratch, fresh Mexican cuisine to attendees.
Ruby Tequila’s Mexican Kitchen is a chain of restaurants in Texas, with five locations in Amarillo, Lubbock and Houston.
