Too often, potential clients get disgruntled when they go to a website and learn they have to give out their email address in order to get information.  While this is a fair practice and a reasonable exchange of information for both the consumer and the service provider, George Fotion has created a site in which this is not necessary.  

The information on this site is gleaned from Fotion’s investment in database services that notify him on a daily basis whenever there is a home that was foreclosed upon and is now a Palos Verdes Bank Owned home.  He then takes the time to upload that information to his website so that interested investors and “owner occupant” buyers can determine if that home is of interest to them.  

The properties are clearly identified with street address, square footage of living area, square footage of lot, the date the home was taken back by the bank, the amount at which it was taken back as well as other useful information.
