The essence of this story revolves around the crime prevention audio CD actually recorded inside of the prison. Current life term inmates, for the first time in history, speak unedited about the true, raw realities of prison life-jazz and hip hop musical styles plus genuine movielike sound landscapes help listeners to experence the true prison environment for themselves in a uniquely personal way.
This is not a "scared straight" shock therapy project.Rather, this movement possesses a design and purpose to enhance for present and future youth, the consequences and seriousness of the actions which one can choose.The messages here come directly from the hearts of lifeterm inmates, accompanied by mentorship,and comprehensive support.
Youth need to rip the covers off of the assumed glorification of the gangster lifestyle. Here one can be exposed to real things which more experienced and mature men in prison do not necessarily wish to talk about,yet which still must be revealed.
