McMasters will be responsible for establishing strategic franchise locations throughout the country and recruiting new partners to the company’s network. As the Vice President of Business Development, he will also be tasked with leading the expansion of BlueGrace into new markets and building relationships with the company’s partners nationwide.

McMasters has worked in the shipping industry for more than six years, holding positions at UPS and DHL. Most recently, he worked at a third-party logistics provider and created the marketing and recruitment departments to generate sales and attract partners. In addition, McMasters has also owned and operated two marketing and recruiting companies.
