Oct. 22, 2011 - PRLog -- The 2011 NSC (National Safety Council) Congress & Expo will be held at the Pennsylvania Convention Center at the Pennsylvania Convention Center located in Philadelphia, PA.    According the Janet Froetscher, President and CEO of NSC, the event from October 30 to November 4, 2011, will allow attendees to explore the “journey to safety excellence” philosophy.  More than 130 technical sessions will be available during this important event, including management leadership, employee engagement and safety culture.
