Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Norwood, MA – Flooded with phone calls and overwhelmed with chat and text messages, “Plane Talk” call-in aviation talk show by IMC Radio is now a huge success. In only its third live show, IMC Radio instantly became the most popular station in its entertainment /talk category on “Spreaker Web Radio”, its main internet radio stream provider. Plane Talk is streaming over the imcclubs.org website, Facebook and is available as a podcast on iTunes and other internet media.

Spreaker, a provider of thousands of internet radio stations, is a platform that allows users to broadcast live audio through a “widget”, which can be embedded across websites, social networks and blogs. Listeners are able to discover interesting niche content that is not being found on traditional FM radios. Users are also able to create full radio stations.

“We chose Spreaker for its ease of use and ease of live audio distribution. We were truly overwhelmed by the response of the general aviation community. In all honesty, we were not prepared for all the many calls and text messages that we were bombarded with. I feel a little guilty that we were able to answer only a few of them. The main topic was “Quality of Training” and every call was insightful and interesting” said Jon Roberts, one of the hosts of the “Plane Talk”

“I sincerely hope that we will be able to bring General Aviation pilots back to airports and back to the GA social community. My hope is that “Plane Talk” will become a sort of hangar talk for global aviation” added Radek Wyrzykowski co-host of “Plane Talk” and the President of IMC Club.

Belgian composer Bruno Misonne, whose work is used as the theme music for “Plane Talk”, said in his email to the president of IMC Club “I grant you full permission to use it (my music) and besides I think that your idea is great and I'm fully behind it. I have visited your website and the concept is excellent; I have been flying some 80 hours as a trainee pilot and I know how important flying with instruments is. You will get my full support!”

In 2007, Bruno Misonne created a new genre of music he called “aviation music.” He used actual aircraft sounds, radio transmissions, and electronic instruments to compose his tracks. He released his debut CD, Aviation Music, with great success. The unique tracks on his album were also featured on the syndicated television show - “Living in Style”. His work can be found and purchased on iTunes, among other sources.
