"We will have 20 plus cask conditioned ales from all over the country on tap," says owner Paul Pendyck. "And there's no entry fee. We're bringing back the Morris Dancers, too."
The Morris Dancers were a popular attraction at the Spring Cask Ale Fest in March. Morris dancing is an English folk dance dating from the 15th century with rhythmic stepping and choreography sometimes implementing sticks, swords, handkerchiefs and bells.
“We're serving a traditional English breakfast the morning of November 5th,” says general manager Ninette Petrasch. “It's a nice change of pace...bacon, sausage and fried eggs, but it also includes baked beans, fried tomatoes and fried mushrooms.”
The General Sutter Inn Fall Cask Ale Fest will be held in the ballroom at the General Sutter Inn in Lititz, PA from 4 till 10pm Friday November 4th, Noon until 10pm Saturday November 5th and Noon until 5pm Sunday, November 6th.
“As always, there is no entrance fee,” says Pendyck. “You pay as you drink.”
