Corporate Sales Director at Forte Hotels for 15 years, then Sales Director at Corus Regal Hotels for a further four years, her approach has always been to involve her staff in decision-making by running strategy focus groups. As a result, not only does she have an extremely successful company (she is the sole shareholder of hotelshopUK.com), but also a very loyal workforce in her Droitwich offices.

Viv’s motivation and drive has made a considerable impact on the local community over the years. She has worked with The Prince's Trust in Hereford and Worcestershire for over five years, having started on the fundraising committee in 2006 and then taking over as Area Chair in 2008. HotelshopUK.com is also heavily involved in key community affairs and business groups/clubs and events.

HotelshopUK will achieve a 25% growth this year and has plans for further growth next year with the launch of a new brand. All this considered, Viv Hudson can indeed be considered a pioneer in the travel industry and amongst women.
