"Our bodies were made to move! Zumba fitness is a celebration of that movement." says licensed Zumba fitness instructor Amia Freeman "Music has an ability to take you where you want to go but don't know how to get there. It has a hypnotic, mystery in every rhythm, drum beat and word."
Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
