DesignTech of Southwest Florida, Inc. Wins 2011 Lee Building Industry Association Pinnacle Awards

Oct. 20, 2011 - PRLog -- Kathy Guyitt, Florida State Certified General Contractor (1517959) and President of DesignTech of Southwest Florida, Inc. won three Pinnacle Awards for excellence in remodeling at the Lee Building Industry Association’s 2011 awards gala: Best Kitchen Remodel (Budget Over $80,000) for a private residence condominium in The Brighton at Bay Colony in Naples, Florida and two Merit Awards for The Peace River House private residence single family home in Punta Gorda, Florida: Best Whole House Remodel (Budget Under $250,000) and Best Bath Remodel (Budget $20,000-$50,000).  Both remodeling projects were completed in 2010.  Award winning entries in the remodeling category were judged on visual appeal, execution of design, innovation, and quality.
   
The annual Lee BIA Pinnacle Awards honor the best in new construction and development, remodeling, and interior design throughout Southwest Florida.  The Lee BIA is a non profit trade association serving more than 1,200 member companies in Lee County, Florida’s construction industry.
