John E. Walters, MBA, EA has been tax practitioner for over 24 years in multiple states. His practice, LeWalt Consulting Groupe LLC located in St. Petersburg Florida, focuses on developing tax and financial strategies for his varied and diverse US and International clientele. John earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from Southern Polytechnic State University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from San Diego State University. He holds the FINRA Series 7 & 66 securities licenses. Mr. Walters is the past President of the FSEA Sun Coast Chapter of Enrolled Agents and a Graduate Fellow of the National Tax Practice Institute.
