(The MiL, Inc.) will be sponsoring a Food Safety Microbiology & Nutrition Seminar on November 4, 2011 from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Donald Danforth Plant Science Center (975 N. Warson Rd., St. Louis, MO 63132). The seminar is a one day series of speakers from both the industry and academia covering concerns from a real world viewpoint as well as analytical food microbiology issues, food safety and technology. Continuing Professional Education Credit for Registered Dietitians has been applied for through the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Attendees can register for the seminar at: http://www.regonline.com/ The registration fee is $185 and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks.
