Rising Pop-sensation Signs With Prestigous Entertainment Firm

For the bulk of his short career, Vegas has been a member of the group “Element,” which later changed its name to “Exclusive” and was signed to Akon’s production company. The group later signed a management deal with Nixon and Associates, a talent company owned by Norman Nixon and Debbie Allen. Later, the group signed a deal with Bogata Records, a label owned by Jermaine O’Neal of the Boston Celtics.

Tired of waiting on others, Vegas took his destiny into his own hands and formed Orchestrated Hitz, a production studio and record label. He taught himself to play instruments, vocal production and engineering. And with allegiances to no one but himself, he began writing, producing and engineering music, and secured a publishing deal with ASCAP. He has produced and written for many musicians and entertainers including Jason Derulo (Warner Bros), Ray Lavender (Konvict Music), Boo and Gotti (Cash Money) and Lil’ Fate (DTP).

In 2008, Vegas auditioned for Diddy’s Making the Band, making it to the final round. That same year, he formed a live band, “Alter Ego,” for which he co-wrote and produced the band’s self titled album “Alter Ego.” In addition to the stages of MTV, Vegas’ performance credits also include opening for Yung Joc with his group “20/20”, the Atlanta Music Conference and the Bronner Bros. Hair Show with “Alter Ego,” and various nightclubs in the Atlanta area.
