Dr. Narinder "Nindy" Duggal, the primary physician at Liberty Bay, is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, with a broad range of training in internal medicine and pharmacology.  Dr. Duggal earned his medical degree at the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.  He went on to complete a four year residency training, specializing in internal medicine at the Vancouver Hospital Health Sciences Center.  He is a member of the AMA, American College of Physicians and Fellow Royal College of Physicians of Canada.
