Haverhill Hypnotist invited to teach Psychology students in Nairobi, Kenya.

American Master Hypnotist, Suzanne Kellner-Zinck dispels the myths about hypnosis with university students in Kenya.

Oct. 18, 2011 - PRLog -- Haverhill, MA, October 18, 2011:  When Suzanne Kellner-Zinck of Dawning Visions Hypnosis recently flew to Denver, CO for a seminar; she did not expect that it would result in another trip halfway around the world. While relaxing with fellow attendees at  the hotel restaurant, she found herself deep in conversation with 19 year old college student , Munene Kaumbutho, who was there with his father, Pascal, from  Nairobi, Kenya. Both the father and son were intrigued by the possibilities of hypnosis, it being something that  was not readily available in their country. The son agreed to try it to help him with his studies and after the first session some deeper issues came up .A second session was requested where the father  was a participant .Given the quick changes that were experienced, Suzanne was asked by Pascal, a Ph.D level agricultural engineer and entrepreneur, to come to their home land to teach university students how to integrate hypnotism into their practices.

Flying to Nairobi in late August, 2011, she lead a two day workshop in association with Crossways Psychological & Psychometrics Institute where the students learned the fundamentals of hypnosis and its application both for their own use and to apply in their practices. The students were very enthusiastic about the opportunity to learn this ancient healing technique as they observed how quickly one could get to the heart of the client’s problem, making it much easier to clear it. Through the practice exercises given ,the students were amazed at how relaxed they felt and the ease with which they were able to help one another as they learned the skills required to do this work.

Upon her return to the United States, Suzanne Kellner-Zinck said this of the whole experience.” This trip was the fulfillment of a dream of mine to bring hypnosis to foreign places that had no real understanding of the efficacy of its practice.”  Because of this trip and the new connections made during it,Ms. Kellner-Zinck is currently exploring new opportunities opened up because of this journey.
