Saama Technologies Releases New Version of Universe Management Tool for SAP Business Objects

With the new Version 3.3, Saama Technologies delivers to its users the entire new features for managing SAP Business Objects Universe. The new version of UMT 3.3 is updated with four major features which are based on the feedback given by users of the product.

Enhancing the earlier version UMT v3.3 has new features; like ‘Security Viewer’ which will allow users to view all the explicit and effective rights applicable on a user or a group on all the repository objects. ‘Repository Documentation’ which will allow users to get details about Connections, Users, User Groups, Categories, Universes and Documents available in the repository. ‘Repository Comparison’ will allow users to compare objects of BO Repository like Universe, Connections, Documents, User Groups and Users and Support for Scheduled Documents.

There are many other important changes in the new version of UMT 3.3. The new version 3.3 has enhanced feature in Universe Comparison, performance and defect fixes, repository folder browser, Report Object Impact Analysis (RIA) engine, Report documentation, Universe Version Control and Support for documenting crystal/webi/deski documents.
