HAB Inc. Completes Integration of the ONLINE Rental Exchange

Oct. 17, 2011 - PRLog -- Winterville, NC – ONLINE Information Services, INC announced today the successful integration of its premier tenant-screening solution, the ONLINE Rental Exchange, with HAB’s HMS Verify software. This integration will allow HAB property managers to view an instant credit risk decision and run criminal background checks and eviction searches all from within HMS Verify.  

The ONLINE Rental Exchange will utilize application data entered in HAB’s winFAM software to verify the applicant’s identity, generate instant criminal and eviction reports, and return an accurate leasing decision according to the property’s policies.  With this integration, HAB clients will be able to meet their HUD compliance requirements conveniently, ensure their properties’ safety, and share data with other Exchange members all through their Encompass software.
