Fiona Joy Hawkins & Trysette Announce “Two Grand I’m Yours” Tour

Oct. 16, 2011 - PRLog -- Award winning pianist Fiona Joy Hawkins will perform pieces from her brand new release “Christmas Joy”, produced by Grammy Award winner Corin Nelsen. Also on the playbill are songs from Fiona’s award winning album, “Blue Dream” produced by Grammy winner and founder of Windham Hill Records, Will Ackerman.

Fiona has been a finalist in over 43 Indie Artist Awards across nine countries. In 2010 Fiona received prestigious awards in an unprecedented three categories in the Zone Music Reporters Awards, Album of the Year, Best Contemporary Instrumental Album, and Best Instrumental Album – Piano (twice), and the CD Baby Top World albums. WORTH NOTING:  Fiona’s “Blue Dream” remains in the top 10 selling New Age Albums on CDBaby.

Signed to London based White Wail Records, Trysette will be performing songs from “Le Café Ancien” as well as favorites from previous releases “Here on In” and “French Kiss”.

Fiona and Trysette will combine their highly diverse musical styles to create one of the most unique collaborations in contemporary music. This collaboration has created quite a buzz; it promises to bring something fresh and remarkable to the modern musical era, while interspersing whispers of the old and familiar.
