Oct. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- Indo-American Community Service, a non-for-profit organization in the Chicago Land area, and its partners are hosting a free for all diversity job fair at Lake view terrace in Navy Pier, Chicago, on October 27th.  The fair will be focused on bringing many top and hiring companies in the high-tech, financial, Industrial, IT consulting, business consulting and associated fields in contact with students and aspiring professionals.

Some of the main companies scheduled to be at the job fair include, Rolls-Royce , Alcatel-Lucent Inc, IBM, ITW, New York Life, Metlife, EPIR Technologies, Loment, Inc, Talented IT, ATS and several other businesses from across the nation. Many universities from the Chicago Land area such as Roosevelt University, IIT, NIU,
Chicago State University are also scheduled to come to the fair for hiring purpose.

Sreenivas Katragadda, President of Indo-American Community Services, said In addition to the job fair the event IACS is also  hosting a Free networking session and a panel discussion where executives from various companies are participating.  Panelists are: Rajesh Surti; VP of Alcatel-Lucent, Sridhar Donthi, Global CTO Pepsico; Dan Korte , President, Defence Aerospace; Venkata Majeti President, Loment, Inc; Ava Youngblood, President of Youngblood Executive Search ; Terri Friel,  Dean of Roosevelt University, Business School;  They will share their insights into the job market and tips on how to secure a successful career.The Panel will be moderated by Anupy Singla

Anil Mehta, President, Innovative Systems, said "Such events are very useful for students and young aspirants, as then they can utilize the mine of information that these experienced individuals have to share."  IACS committee urges all professionals to take advantage of these activities.

Jagan Bukkaraju Secretary of IACS said that IACS will also provide  free resume critique and career counseling sessions at the event from experienced human resource professionals and subject matter experts.

The job fair is scheduled to be held from 10:00 am - 3:00 pm and the networking sessions are scheduled from 3:30 pm - 5:30 pm  both on October 27th  at the Lakeview Terrace in Navy Pier, Chicago, IL.
