EW Group launches Diversity in Business Accreditation (DiBA)

EW Group, the Equality and Diversity Company, have launched their new business solution, Diversity in Business Accreditation (DiBA), designed to help companies manage diversity effectively and improve their business performance.

Oct. 15, 2011 - PRLog -- DiBA comprises a comprehensive set of good and exemplar practice standards that address a range of business functions:   leadership, people and performance management, employee and community engagement, customer satisfaction and supplier diversity.  
The Accreditation has a number of key features to enhance business performance:

–   reduce the risk of costly and time consuming litigation
–   improve employee retention, morale and satisfaction
–   develop a creative, innovative and inclusive workforce culture

The Diversity in Business Accreditation is supported by a robust panel.  Some of the panel members include:  Lord Ray Collins, Peter Cornell, Marai Larasi and Ben Black.  The panel is chaired by Dr. Annie Hedge.
The launch was attended by a number of existing clients who are at various stages of their DiBA accreditation:  Simpson Millar LLP, City West Housing Trust and JBW Group.
