CBH and Amana Canada Holdings in Partnership in GCC Countries

Canada Business Holdings, signed in Abu Dhabi today, a Strategic Partnership agreement with Amana Canada Holdings Inc.
 
The purpose of this business alliance is to offer the GCC markets Canadian and North American quality and high value equity deals. Targeted sectors are energy, telecom, transport, and technology. The JV will manage a three hundred million Canadian dollars fund. The fund aims at investing in Canadian businesses and opening new international market channels for their products, services and training.
 
The advisory board for the fund include Honourable Bernard Boudreau former head of the Canadian Senate, Finance Minister of Nova Scotia, Director of Bank of Canada and Director of Export Development Canada, and Rowland Fleming, former President and CEO, Toronto Stock Exchange.
