Once the marina is finished, it will be a glorious 10 minute boat ride into Phang Nga Bay, one of the wonders of the world.  Early morning will give a view of the sun rising over the bay.

The 4500 sq.m of built up area works out at around 125,000 THB per sq.m, without sounding crass, this villa is relatively inexpensive. The land itself is probably worth around 25/30 million THB a Rai and how much do you pay for a view of Phang Nag Bay.

The villa is being sold with everything included; all you will need to do is bring your swimming shorts or bikini.

Some buyers are only interested in buying the biggest and the best, well you are not going to get much bigger and you will have to have a look for yourself if you think it is the best. It is certainly up there.
