The new line consists of about 15 pieces is inspired by Quantum Physics, specifically by the double slit theory. “I chose this concept because I am fascinated by things I know little about. As an artist and a designer I like to allow my ideas and opinions to be expressed in my work” says Adrian Wu. The colours, are taken from Quarks that are blue, green, and red that form protons in the 'double slit theory' experiment - The show is titled 'creatures of the protons' for the models are symbolic representations of 'evolution'.
Adrian Wu is quite possibly one of the youngest designers to hit the Canadian design scene in years. However, at just 21 years young, he has already been seen on MTV, CBC, 24hrs, OMNI TV, CTV, CosmoTV, E-Talk, etc. Adrian Wu continues to develop his company in Canada and will be opening a store front studio downtown Toronto end of 2011. He has already produced seven collections in his two years of being in the industry alone.
