New Orleans marks the North American premiere of the film
The Sundance Award Winning Filmmakers behind the movie FUEL will screen what they are calling “the greatest uncoverup movie” of the decade when The Big Fix receives its North American premiere as the Opening night Film of the 22nd Annual New Orleans Film Festival. Directed by Louisiana native Josh Tickell and produced and co-directed by his wife and filmmaking partner Rebecca Harrell Tickell, the new film, The Big Fix is part daring journalism, part archival investigation and part eco-horror story. The Big Fix premieres Friday October 14th at 845 pm at the Prytania Theatre with a second performance Wednesday October 19th at 7pm at the Challmette Movies.
