HB Communications, Inc. Announces the Hiring of Two New Employees

Oct. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- North Haven, CT - This summer HB Communications, Inc. hired Mike Saviano as vice president – CT sales and David Krauss as a collaboration solutions architect. Saviano adds to the company’s management team, while Krauss is an integral addition to the UC team. Both gentleman previously worked for Cisco Systems and provide years of UC, telepresence and video expertise.

Saviano has been an information technology industry professional for 30 years. He began his career as sales manager at New England based Micro Computer Company, before transitioning to Fleet Information Services as a systems analyst and technical project leader. In 1995, Saviano was recruited by Cisco Systems for an engineering position in their Boston office. He held several positions at Cisco including an enterprise systems engineer, commercial account manager, Unified Communications specialist and a channel development manager.

In his role as vice president – CT sales, Saviano will be responsible for the management of HB sales activities in the Connecticut marketplace with a keen focus on further developing telepresence, collaboration and UC business.

After 13 years with Cisco Systems, HB is proud to have Krauss join as collaboration solutions architect. Krauss will use his customer-facing experience in training, consulting, and designing, as well as channel development with partners on HB’s UC team. He will provide pre-sales engineering support for all collaboration efforts, including assisting sales representatives with customer presentations, demonstrations and designs.
