Oct. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Three Royal Marines wounded in Afghanistan have recently passed courses in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector.

The course, ran by Aid-Training.co.uk, was part of a rehabilitation program designed to help ex-marines back into civilian employment.

The rehabilitation program is ran by the Hasler Company, a Plymouth based unit aimed at long-term rehabilitation of wounded Royal Marines.

Despite their injuries, including a triple amputee, all three successfully passed the City and Guilds 7303 qualification:

7303 is the starting point for anyone involved in the delivery of learning. The course is part of the National Qualifications framework and is set at Level 3 or 4.  Students wishing to enroll on this course must currently be practicing in a teaching/training role.

The Marines will now take further courses with the view to train various subjects in their future careers.
