Canadian Designer Joseph Ribkoff to Headline Vancouver Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2012

Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA – Vancouver Fashion Week (VFW) is thrilled to announce it has tapped veteran Canadian designer Joseph Ribkoff to open its 11th Spring/Summer show, November 2nd, 2011 at Masik Studios.  Joseph Ribkoff is a celebrated designer, winning such prestigious awards as the U.S. 1997 Atlanta D.I.V.A award for Designer of the Year, and the Dallas Fashion Week Award in the dress category.  Joseph Ribkoff is set to be the opening highlight of Vancouver Fashion Week 2011, followed by an unbeatable roster of up-and-coming designers featured at VFW Spring/Summer 2012 that includes designers from Canada, Poland, Mexico, Korea, Brazil, Germany, India, and Ireland, with more signing on daily.
