New Jersey based Managed IT Services Company Adds Several New Certifications

Oct. 11, 2011 - PRLog -- New Jersey based managed IT services company, Exigent Technologies has announced that its staff has achieved several new industry certifications, adding to an already long list of trade accreditations. Specifically, the new certifications achieved by members of staff in the last 90 days include; CompTIA Network +, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Exchange Server 2007, Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS): Windows 7, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) 10.6, Apple Certified Associate - Mac Integration 10.7 (“LION”), Apple Product Professional (APP), and VMware Sales Professional (VSP).  

The latest achievements dovetail with the firm’s goal of adding maximum value to its customers by providing the highest quality services, validated by official credentials. “Technology is a moving target, constantly evolving at a rapid pace,” said Daniel Haurey, Exigent’s President. “Our customers need to know that we’re committed to staying ahead of the curve.” Praising his staff, Haurey added, “These accomplishments come with tremendous sacrifice. Countless hours have been spent in front of computers and books to get us here. I’m appreciative of their dedication and very proud.”

Realizing the need for a systematic approach, the firm’s Service Delivery Manager, Gerald Busardo, developed a proprietary system to ensure and encourage continuous learning and ongoing certification.  “Each and every employee that is involved in providing a technical product to our customers must enthusiastically participate in continuous technical development,” stated Mr. Busardo. Busardo is no stranger to studying. He recently completed his Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science at Montclair State University. Busardo added, “The key to continuous development is to ensure it is also interactive and allows for some fun.” With that in mind, Exigent hosts several technical workshops throughout the year – most of which are employee led. Past workshops have included a guest speaker and technical book author, Gary Donahue. Prizes, raffles and other employee incentives also add some zest to the daily grind of hard studying.
