Hot Chocolate & Toddies with Live Entertainment at the Veranda
Get cozy at the Veranda on Friday – Sunday, 2pm – 5:30pm throughout December (other than Christmas Day). Enjoy hot chocolate with the option to add Godiva liqueurs and a selection of garnishes. The cost is $5 and $8 with liqueur. There will be live entertainment for all to enjoy in the Main Lobby.
Holiday Afternoon Tea
Join us for Holiday Afternoon Tea in the Main Lobby throughout December. Holiday Afternoon Tea includes a variety of seasonal loose leaf tea blends from Harney & Sons Teas and a selection of savory tea sandwiches, traditional confectionaries and holiday treats. Tea is served Wednesday through Sunday, 1pm – 5pm (other than Christmas Day). The cost is $30 for adults and $15 for children, ages 4 –to 12 (plus tax & gratuity). Gingerbread Lane Professional & Amateur Competition
The gingerbread house competition offers two independent categories for professional and amateur entries. The grand prize in both categories is a Spa Escape package featuring an overnight stay in the luxurious presidential suite, spa treatments and breakfast for two guests. Enjoy an enchanting collection of gingerbread houses throughout the holiday season. From Saturday, December 10 through Monday, December 26, the creative display is open daily to the public. Attendees may vote on their favorite gingerbread house with $1 minimum donation per vote. All proceeds will benefit Levine Children’s Hospital, dedicated to caring for the physical and emotional needs of children and their families.
Brunch with Santa
Santa Claus is coming to The Ballantyne Hotel & Lodge for brunch on Sunday, December 11, 11am – 2pm. On Sunday, December 18, 2pm – 4pm, enter a homemade cupcake or cookie in the Ultimate Cupcake & Cookie Challenge. The cost for entry is $10, which will benefit Levine Children’s Hospital.
