The Terraces at Skyline Introduces Carmen Steiner as New Health Services Director

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct. 11, 2011 - SEATTLE, Wash.: Skyline at First Hill, downtown Seattle’s only Life Care retirement community, has announced Carmen Steiner as its new health services director at The Terraces at Skyline. The Terraces offers residents assisted living, catered assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing services to independent living Life Care residents, as well as direct admittance to members of the community at large.

       “Carmen is a personable and professional leader in health care who has proven herself as a visionary in a variety of organizations,” said Rob Liebreich, executive director of Skyline at First Hill. “At the heart of her service is a focus on the advocacy of residents and the growth of team members. She is an excellent addition to the entire Skyline family.”

       A veteran of the health care industry, Steiner brings vast experience to the community. Prior to joining The Terraces at Skyline, Steiner served as administrator at Messenger House Care Center in Bainbridge Island, Wash. She has also held executive positions at Woodmark Retirement Corporation in Bellevue, Wash., and at Bessie Burton Sullivan Skilled Nursing Residence in Seattle. Steiner is a certified nursing home administrator (CNHA) and a Fellow of the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA).

       Skyline at First Hill is sponsored by Presbyterian Retirement Communities Northwest (PRCN), a Seattle-based, not-for-profit organization with more than a half-century of experience and stability.
