The Planet Hastings Crazy Golf Club Open tournament is now in its eleventh year and is one of the most popular events on the British Minigolf Association Tour, with the winner receiving a highly treasured Claret Jug. There are also a wide range of prizes up for grabs for players throughout the field, for achievements such as breaking course records and hitting holes-in-one. The price to play is £5 for three rounds and the tee-off time will be 9am at the Seafront Adventure Golf course. Players can pay for entry to the tournament on the day. Tournament organiser John ‘Big Top Ted’ McIver said “Planet Hastings, Britain’s oldest and most successful minigolf club is hosting its annual open competition played over all three courses on Hastings seafront. The current British number one and a number of other local and national players are taking part hoping to win an esoteric array of prizes as well as the coveted Planet Hasting Claret Jug. Entry is only £5 for this fun event which is open to anyone to play.”

Following the PHCGC Open on the 16th of October the Hastings Seafront Crazy Golf course will be hosting the ninth-annual World Crazy Golf Championships on the 29th and 30th October and will see 72 players competing to become World Champion and take a share of the £3000 prize fund.
