As COO, Shannon is responsible for managing all hands-on operational aspects of the company, building and maintaining a scalable business for all operational elements, PMO/Professional Services, Analytics, Strategic Services, and QA and Web Development. Before joining ShopVisible in January 2011, Shannon was the CTO of Points of Light Institute, responsible for all technology operations. From 2001 to 2009 Shannon held various senior positions at CompuCredit, a financial services company, most recently Vice President, Global Infrastructure Services, responsible for worldwide IT Operations. Before joining CompuCredit, Shannon held senior positions in relationship management in the financial services industry, both for TSYS and Enhancement Services.
Shannon is a member TAG (Technology Association of Georgia) and the MentorNet community. She is an active volunteer in TAG’s societies, WIT (Women in Technology) and is on the board of directors for TAG Diversity. She is the recipient of WIT’s 2009 Women of the Year in Technology award for medium sized business and contributing author to the book - "CLIMB: Leading Women In Technology Share Their Journeys To Success".
