Introducing Softonic Answers, a new software user community

Oct. 10, 2011 - PRLog -- London, 10 October 2011 – Softonic has just introduced Softonic Answers, a user community for exchanging information and opinions about software. Softonic Answers has been designed to offer English- and Spanish-speaking users a space where they can ask questions, find the software that best suits their needs, recommend programs, and offer useful tips to others.

Registered users can participate in a number of ways: they can choose to ask questions, receive a message whenever an answer is posted, provide answers to other users' questions, and follow debates of interest to them. They even have a chance to be ranked as "top experts" based on the votes of other users who consider their answers to be the most useful. Non-registered users will also be able to use Softonic Answers. They can access all the content available on the platform, search for information, and vote for the best answers to users' questions.

Softonic Answers has an intuitive user interface. Subjects are classified by category, making it easier for users to find the information they're looking for easily and quickly. Tomás Diago, the founder and president of Softonic, has pointed out that "we've been working for a long time on the development of this platform in order to offer our users the most convenient and useful community possible. Our goal is to provide a space that offers users an opportunity to find answers to their questions and share their software-related knowledge with others”.
