The Rushmore Wall Group, located in Bar Harbor, Maine and Cincinnati, Ohio focuses on client firms in the U. S., Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Pod is chairman and chief executive officer of the company. He has assembled a staff of 14 including 11 who were formerly on his leadership team at Executive Jet Management. Pod said his experiences at EJM and later assisting client companies taught him that in order for aircraft management and charter companies to be truly successful growth driven market leaders, they need high marks on full regulatory compliance, the ability to meet contemporary audit standards, having in place fully optimized metric driven processes and decision making in all departments and importantly, possessing an ingrained company culture which fully supports all of the above. “There is a business truth that I’ve seen both inside the development of Executive Jet Management and other client companies we’ve worked with,” he said. “All these organizations originally did not best utilize optimized process based management and metric based decision making; success here absolutely assures business growth and markedly increased customer satisfaction.
